I never expected sourdough bread to taste so damn good! I always keep bread stocked at the house and was buying from the grocery store. I realized all of the unnatural ingredients are terrible for you. Someone recommended Pot & Knot and all I can say is WOW! The taste, texture and shelf life are amazing! Hands down the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten!! With it s low gluten content- I can eat it without issues , despite having gluten sensitivity! This bread is pure, delicious, crusty -on-the-outside, chewy-on -the-inside, sourdough yumminess😊🧡
